# Shannon's Electrical Logic
In his 1937 MIT thesis, Claude Shannon proved that Boolean Algebra (True/False) could be perfectly mapped to electrical switches (On/Off). This is the bedrock of every computer you have ever used.

### The Switching Paradigm
- **Switch Closed (On):** Represents TRUE or binary 1.
- **Switch Open (Off):** Represents FALSE or binary 0.

### Constructing Gates
- **AND Gate:** Two switches in **Series**. Current only flows if both are closed.
- **OR Gate:** Two switches in **Parallel**. Current flows if either is closed.

### Task
Implement a logical circuit that returns TRUE only if both inputs are active.
